Craig Fitzgerald has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare and defense sectors, serving as the Group Chief Executive Officer at Aspen Medical since August 2005, along with various senior positions including Chief Operating Officer and Executive General Manager International Operations. Fitzgerald also leads the Aspen Medical Foundation as CEO and briefly held the position of Chief Partnership and Program Officer at the Impact Investment Exchange in 2024. Prior experience includes a distinguished career as an Army Officer with the Australian Department of Defence from 1985 to 2005. Fitzgerald's educational background includes a Masters of Management and participation in the GAICD program, with studies at the University of Canberra and the University of New England.
