Stephanie Fitch

Stephanie Fitch is a dedicated physical therapist assistant with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush since June 2019, and providing PRN support at Aspire Home Healthcare since January 2019. Previous roles include serving as a physical therapist assistant at Athletico for nearly 15 years, and as a rehabilitation technician/personal trainer. Stephanie also held positions at HealthPRO® Rehabilitation and Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, where skills in patient care were further developed. An educational background includes an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy from the College of DuPage and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Illinois State University.
