Tomi Sinisaari

Tomi Sinisaari is a leadership, people, and culture executive with a multicultural background and extensive experience in HR, leadership development, and organizational culture. Educated through an EMBA at Henley Business School and ongoing studies in leadership and cultural dynamics, Tomi has successfully led organizations ranging from 2 to 700 people across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Previously, Tomi held key leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer at LähiTapiola and Director at HRM Partners oy, while also contributing to significant projects in manufacturing, logistics, and change management. Currently, Tomi continues to enhance organizational capabilities through strategic leadership and cultural transformation initiatives.
