Justin Sadrian

Justin is a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus, and has been working in investment and private equity for almost 25 years. Before joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in J.P. Morgan’s investment banking and private equity groups.

In addition to his position on the Board of Directors of Assent Compliance, Justin also sits on the boards of Avalara, Dude Solutions, Endurance International, MultiView, OfferUp and PayScale.
