Samuel Lipsick

Samuel has been working in finance for almost 15 years, for companies such as SVB Financial Group, J.P. Morgan and General Atlantic. He is currently a Vice President at Warburg Pincus.

In addition to his position on the Board of Directors of Assent Compliance, he has also served as a board observer for Gordian and ConstructConnect.
