Meredith Donnell

Meredith Donnell currently serves as Senior Vice President of Talent Programs at Asset Living, overseeing Talent Management, Talent Development, and Culture & Engagement since July 2023, after previously holding the position of VP, Talent Programs. Prior to Asset Living, Meredith worked at Credera as Talent Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist from May 2019 to July 2023. Experience also includes a brief tenure in Talent Acquisition at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a Staffing Consultant role at Core Ventures LLC, where Meredith developed strategies to attract talent and maintained client relationships. Previous positions also include Employee Engagement Manager at StreetLights Residential, focusing on enhancing employee experience and communication, and Recruiting Coordinator at Haynes and Boone, LLP, managing the firm's entry-level recruiting program. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a Minor in Creative Studies from Texas A&M University.
