Marcus Wilson

Marcus Wilson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in pharmacy operations and management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at AssistRx since August 2025, Marcus focuses on scaling mail order operations and enhancing patient-centered pharmacy care. As Lead Pharmacy Consultant at GNL Investments LLC since March 2023, Marcus provides expert advice on operational efficiency and technology integration to over 300 pharmacies. Previously, as President and CEO of Clarest Health from October 2022 to March 2023, Marcus managed a leadership transition and compliance processes during the company’s acquisition. Marcus also transformed Integrity Pharmacy from a struggling business into a multi-state, tech-enabled platform over a decade, and co-founded Bayada Pharmacy, which was successfully sold to a private equity firm. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
