Chelle O'Keefe

Chelle O'Keefe is the current Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Associa. Chelle has previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Associa from January 2014 to December 2015. In this role, Chelle led a 20-member team in achieving yearly goals, transformation initiatives, and overall marketing/branding strategy. Chelle has also served as Practice Leader, Change Management at Humana from January 2012 to December 2014, and as Assistant Vice President, Talent Management at Concentra from January 2009 to December 2011.

Chelle is known for their ability to build and promote an enterprise-wide culture that aligns with the operational infrastructure in employee and customer experience, leadership excellence, and personal accountability. Chelle spearheaded the development and launch of a consistent Associa employer brand based on data results from client/staff feedback. Chelle's continuous improvement efforts have increased team and capability profiles and they are considered a thought leader in the industry.

Chelle O'Keefe holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. Chelle also holds certifications from HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and from Prosci as a Change Management Professional.

They work with Jose Bosco Maldonado - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Angela Frieling - Senior Vice President, Marketing, and Jon Hunter - Chief Operating Officer. Chelle O'Keefe reports to John J. Carona, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer.
