Maya Doughty

Maya Doughty is an experienced professional in sustainability and environmental strategy, currently serving as an ESG Reporting Analyst at Associated British Foods plc since May 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Group Sustainability Analyst at Rothschild & Co from May 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities involved operational foot-printing and environmental strategy development. Maya has also held roles as Corporate Sustainability Coordinator and Corporate Responsibility Coordinator at Rothschild & Co, alongside a brief internship at Bright Network focused on consultancy. Noteworthy achievements include serving as Team Captain for the Novice Men’s team at Edinburgh University Boat Club, receiving Volunteer of the Year honors. Maya holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from The University of Edinburgh and completed a short course in Sustainable Finance at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
