Terry Williams is a seasoned professional in business process improvement, currently serving as a Business Process Specialist at Associated British Ports since July 2023. Prior to this role, Terry held the position of Sr. Program Manager at Amazon from March 2021 to May 2023. Terry's extensive experience at Royal Mail spans over two decades, where a role as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager was undertaken, focusing on the World Class Mail (WCM) program, along with earlier responsibilities as Operations Manager overseeing various operational roles. Terry holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Westminster University, completed in 1997.
