Doug Black

Doug Black is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at AST Corporation. Doug has held this position since March 2017. Prior to joining AST, Doug was the CFO at DHR International from May 2013 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for all accounting, treasury and finance functions of the world's fifth largest executive search firm. Before that, Doug was the Vice President of Finance/CFO at UGN, Inc. from January 2003 to December 2007. In this role, they were responsible for all financial functions of a $225 million tier-1 acoustic trim and thermal product producer for the Japanese transplant automotive industry in North America. Doug began their career as a Senior Manager at Fort Dearborn Partners from January 2001 to December 2002. Doug then became a Manager at A.T. Kearney from January 1997 to December 2001.

Doug Black has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in marketing, organizational behavior, and management & strategy. Doug also has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Towson University. Doug is certified by the Maryland State Board of Public Accountancy in the CPA Examination.

Doug Black reports to Pravin Kumar, CEO. They are on a team with Shaji Zechariah - President, Ajit Sathaye - VP, Pre Sales, and Jennifer Mascari - SVP Public Sector.
