Jeff May

Jeff May is the current President of Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc. at Astec Industries. Jeff has been with the company since 1996 and has held various positions including Controller and President. Prior to joining Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc., Jeff was employed at Lebeda Mattress Factory, Penford Products, Fairtron Corporation, and Hogan Hansen, P.C. In each of these positions, they gained valuable experience in accounting and finance which they have used to successfully lead Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc.

Under Jeff's leadership, Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc. has experienced significant growth. Jeff has implemented a strategic deployment program to increase employee engagement and drive accountability. Thanks to Jeff's dedication and expertise, Kolberg-Pioneer, Inc. is one of the leading companies in the Astec Industries family.

Jeff May received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Jeff then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from the same school.
