Rodney Long is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in oncology and commercial leadership. At Astellas Pharma, from March 2015 to July 2024, Rodney served as Vice President and Head of U.S. Commercial Oncology, specifically focusing on Urothelial Carcinoma, where responsibilities included full P&L management of a $2B+ business. Prior roles at Astellas included Executive Director positions overseeing the bladder cancer franchise and leading the Oncology Business Unit for solid tumors and hematology. Rodney also held various strategic roles in business planning and operations for both solid tumor and infectious disease franchises in Asia and Oceania.
