Chung-Hsuan Huang, PhD, currently serves as the Corporate Alternative Fuels and Engine Fluids Subject Matter Expert at CNH Industrial and is the ASTM D02.E0.02 Diesel Section Secretary at ASTM International. Prior experience includes a tenure at Cummins Inc. for nearly eight years, where Chung-Hsuan Huang functioned as both the Corporate Alternative Fuels SME and Chemical Technical Lead, representing the company in key industrial discussions and leading technical teams. Academic contributions include serving as an Adjunct Professor of Chemistry at Purdue College of Technology and conducting research at Penn State University, collaborating with NASA on alternative aviation fuels. Educational achievements encompass a PhD in Fuel Science from Penn State University, a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Indiana University. Prior military service includes a role as an Army-Artillery Second Lieutenant in Taiwan.
