Nichole Goodyear

Nichole is a serial entrepreneur who has been building and advising startup companies throughout the course of her career. She has been named one of the Most Influential Women in Tech by Fast Company. With a proven track record for both mature and early-stage businesses, her breadth of experience includes leading engineering and product teams, customer service, sales and marketing, C-suite executive leadership, private and non-profit Board service and raising venture capital. She has helped a variety of different start-up companies bring products to market ranging from educational technology, point-of-sale, multimedia tools, workforce optimization, financial services, distribution logistics, and social media advertising platforms.

As CEO, President and Co-Founder of Brickfish, she oversaw all facets of the company including product management, campaign services, creative services, engineering, sales and daily operations. Brickfish worked with leading Fortune 2.000 brands and top advertising agencies to engage consumers across social media channels. The Brickfish Platform received numerous industry awards and patents revolving around their proprietary viral mapping technology that tracked consumer engagement across social media channels. Nichole was also awarded an IAB Service Excellence Award, Stevie Award for Best Entrepreneur of the Year and Technology Innovator or the Year.

Prior to Brickfish, Nichole was President & Co-Founder of Pacific Fusion Technologies, Inc., a technology leader that created web-based workforce portals interfacing with payroll companies and banking systems for several national financial institutions.

As a systems architect and project lead for Josten’s Learning, Nichole oversaw the implementation of countless innovative and ground-breaking internet, video, and cable modem digital media solutions. Nichole led the initial development team for Lightspan Local Connect, an ASP Internet-based communications product that successfully linked teachers, students, and their families. Nichole was also co-architect of Sheraton Hotels & Resorts' Global In-Room System, which allowed guests in-room access to Internet, email, local events, and guest service applications.
