Kayleigh Gallagher

Kayleigh Gallagher, Ph.D., is a seasoned scientist specializing in oncology and cancer biology. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca since December 2023, Kayleigh previously held positions at Omega Therapeutics from August 2020 to November 2023 as a Senior Scientist and Scientist in Cancer Biology. Earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Student at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from July 2015 to August 2020, following a research internship at the same institution in June 2014.
