Sonia Figueroa

Sonia Figueroa is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in healthcare and organizational management. Currently serving as an Administrative Coordinator in Late Research & Innovation at AstraZeneca since October 2024 and as a Patient Experiences Representative at Boston Children's Hospital, Sonia previously held roles including Manager of Global Congresses & Meetings and Senior Administrative Assistant at MorphoSys, as well as Practice Manager at Steward Health Care’s Boston Sports Performance Center. With a robust history of supporting high-level executives and managing office operations, Sonia has also worked at MATCH COMMUNITY DAY CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as a Front Office Manager and Senior Managed Care Coordinator, respectively. Sonia is pursuing a Bachelor of Health Administration at Southern New Hampshire University, building on a foundation that includes a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Health Career from Roxbury Community College.
