Tj Burgmann

TJ Burgmann is a dedicated baseball professional currently serving as a Minor League Hitting Coach for the Houston Astros since February 2023, and previously held the role of Minor League Bullpen Catcher/Coaching Apprentice. Alongside this, TJ has been a Videographer and Video Editor at Pearl Productions since February 2018, focusing on client acquisition and video content creation. From August 2014 to February 2023, TJ was an Assistant Baseball Coach at Thomas Jefferson University, where responsibilities included developing practice plans, a strength and conditioning program, and coaching at the varsity level, alongside leading the Junior Varsity team. Prior experience includes serving as a Minor League Bullpen Catcher for the Philadelphia Phillies from July 2014 to September 2017, and volunteering with Team IMPACT during the college career at Philadelphia University, where a Bachelor's degree in Psychology was earned.
