Louisa joined Asurion in 2021 with over 23 years of professional experience. As chief marketing officer, she’s responsible for helping the company achieve its direct-to-consumer business goals and driving revenue growth.
Louisa spent the past 14 years focused on consumer internet and technology, driving strategy, marketing, and innovation for numerous sector-defining companies. She was most recently the CMO at FabFitFun, one of the leading subscription-box players in the country.
Prior to this, she spent close to 5 years at Netflix, where she led performance and digital-media buying as well as the strategy team dedicated to regional marketing executives and leaders of global functions (creative, social media, distribution partnerships). She also co-led the company’s subscription monetization efforts. Her time at Netflix was marked by accelerated international expansion and tremendous subscriber growth.
She started her career with well-known client service firms—including McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Deloitte—where she built a strong skillset in financial and strategic analysis, solving problems for clients across many industries.
Louisa received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master's degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. She went on to earn her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
