Paula Bennett

Ms. Bennett has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2018. She has extensive experience and expertise in building brands and businesses across retail and direct marketing channels, as well as bringing focus to the customer, and providing excellent and relevant product offerings and service. Most recently, and for ten years, Ms. Bennett served as president and CEO at J.Jill, Inc. where she was responsible for the strategic leadership, growth and profitability of the company, and led the initial public offering in March 2017. Prior to joining J.Jill, Inc., Ms. Bennett was with Orchard Brands, serving as president and CEO of a number of their direct-to-consumer brands. Previously, Ms. Bennett was Chief Operating Officer at Eileen Fisher, Inc., where she led the strategic evolution of the business. Earlier in her career, she held various significant leadership positions at Tiffany & Co, including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Customer Service, and at Calvin Klein, Inc. Ms. Bennett began her career at Bloomingdale’s where she led merchandising and buying for decorative home and tabletop departments, ultimately leading decorative tabletop for Federated Merchandising Services. Ms. Bennett is a graduate of The Ohio State University and currently serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council of its Fisher College of Business.
