Emily MacKenzie

Emily MacKenzie is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication and public relations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Strategic Communication at ATB Financial, Emily previously held roles as Director of Strategic Communication at the same company and Project Communications Consultant at Connect First Credit Union. As the owner of Snap Pea Communications, Emily provided strategic communications planning and public relations solutions to various clients, including FreshBooks and the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies. Emily has also contributed to academia as a professor at Sheridan College, teaching courses in Public Relations and Strategic Communications. Additionally, experience as Communications Advisor for the Ontario Association of Children’s Aid Societies and various roles in non-profit organizations underscore Emily's commitment to effective communication strategies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Toronto and a Corporate Communications graduate certificate from Sheridan College.
