Juliette Klemencic

Juliette Klemencic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition at ATB Financial since March 2014. As the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Programs, and Talent Attraction, Juliette develops strategies and frameworks to anticipate workforce changes while leveraging data insights for effective talent management. Previous roles at ATB include AVP of Wealth Strategy, Managing Director of Wealth Insights, and Director of the Strategic Coordination Office. Juliette also gained valuable experience at TD, where responsibilities included Branch Manager and Manager of Financial Services, focusing on team development and client interactions. Juliette holds a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Lethbridge and a Business Administration Diploma with a major in Human Resources.
