Robert Giori is the current CFO of [Atea](/org/atea) ASA (Group) at [Atea](/org/atea). Robert has previously worked as the Chief Financial Officer of TeleComputing ASA and as the Finance Director of Dell Norway. Robert has also served as the Chairman of CADVision Medical Technologies and as the Director of Corporate Finance of B Skaugen AS. Prior to their work in the corporate sector, Giori was a Consultant at [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company) and a Senior Business Controller at [The Walt Disney Company](/org/disney).

Lisbeth Toftkær Kvan is a Member of the Board at [Atea](/org/atea). Lisbeth was previously the Nordic Marketing and Insurance Manager at Ford Credit from December 2009 to October 2018. Lisbeth was responsible for growing income from add-on services such as motor insurance, payment protection insurance and outsourced solutions for Full Service Leasing. In addition to their marketing responsibilities, Lisbeth also oversaw Nordic product development and best practice sharing of marketing campaigns. 

Lisbeth began their career at GE Healthcare as Nordic Deployment Leader from September 2009 to December 2009. In this role, they were a member of the global deployment team responsible for the roll-out and implementation of a global CRM system (Siebel) in all the Nordic countries. 

Lisbeth then moved to GE Capital Solutions in Norway, where they served as Country Manager & Country Sales Leader from March 2004 to September 2009. In this role, they were responsible for country management and sales leadership for GE Capital Solutions in Norway. 

 prior to their current role, Lisbeth served as Client General Manager at GE Consumer Finance UK from January 1999 to December 2004. In this role, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing long-term relationships with key clients.

Lisbeth Toftkær Kvan attended the [University of Bath](/org/university-of-bath), where they earned a BSc honours in Business Administration. Lisbeth then went on to [Copenhagen Business School](/org/copenhagen-business-school) to earn an MSc in International Business Administration. Finally, they attended BI Norwegian Business School to earn a qualification in board member competence.

Carl-johan Hultenheim is the current Managing Director of [Atea](/org/atea) Sverige AB in Sweden. Prior to this role, they served as the Sales and Marketing Director for [Atea](/org/atea) from January 2003 to January 2012. Juha Sihvonen is the current Managing Director of Atea Finland OY. Juha has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. Juha started their career as a Sales Manager at Computer Associates in 1995 and then moved on to become a Sales Manager at Industri-Matematik in 1999. In their current role, Juha is responsible for leading Atea Finland OY's sales and delivery organization.

Juha Sihvonen is a business professional who has earned an MBA from Henley Business School. Juha also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from ATK-Instituutti. In addition, they are a commercial helicopter pilot and flight instructor with over 1000 hours of experience.

Kathrine Forsberg is the Managing Director of [Atea](/org/atea) A/S in Denmark. Kathrine has held previous positions as Senior Vice President of [TDC Group](/org/tdc), Erhvervsministeriet, and Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse. Kathrine is responsible for the overall sales of [Atea](/org/atea) A/S to businesses and organizations in Denmark. In their role, they also manage a team of 130 employees, including the sales department with 90 employees and 7 sales directors. Kathrine has been instrumental in developing and implementing new strategies for [Atea](/org/atea) A/S, as well as integrating NetDesign's sales organization into the company. In addition to their work with [Atea](/org/atea), Kathrine is also involved with Public Affairs, working with various stakeholders such as the Copenhagen Business Association, Danish Industry Federation, and SKI.

Kathrine Forsberg has completed an executive education program at CBS Executive Foundation as well as an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School. Ole Petter Saxrud is the Managing Director of AS Norway at [Atea](/org/atea). Ole has over 20 years of experience in IT management and has held various positions at companies such as Sopra Steria, Securitas Direct, and Merkurdata. Ole PetterSaxrud has a long history of military service, having served in the Norwegian Army for over 12 years. Ole is an expert in Technology Business Management (TBM), Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and sourcing.

Ole Petter Saxrud has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), with a focus on Executive MBA in Economic Management and Leadership (MØST). Ole also has a Bachelor's degree from the [University of Oslo](/org/university-of-oslo) (UiO), with a year of study in Informatics, and a Bachelor of Science from Østfold University College (HiØ), with a focus in Science and Informatics. Marius Hole is a board member at [Atea](/org/atea). Leiv Jarle Larsen (b. 1973) joined Atea in 1998. Larsen has a broad experience in IT infrastructure, both as an engineer and infrastructure architect. He has worked both as an infrastructure consultant and presales engineer focusing on hybrid platforms. He now holds the position as Strategic Advisor helping customers to develop and implement digital strategies. His main focus is to use technology to find and harvest business values for the customers. Larsen has studied media science and information science at the University in Bergen.
