Arun Arumugam

Arun Arumugam is an experienced professional in business process excellence and transformation, currently serving as Head of P&S Transformation and Head of Business Process Excellence at Ather Energy since March 2019. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Process Excellence Manager at Tara Consultancy Services, focusing on digital automation and efficiency improvements, as well as Process Excellence Manager at KPMG GLOBAL DELIVERY CENTER, where responsibilities involved driving Lean and Six Sigma projects. Earlier in their career, Arun held the position of Business Excellence Manager at Essar Steel, overseeing the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and ISO systems. Arun holds an Executive Program for Young Professionals from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an MBA in Total Quality Management from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Park College of Engineering and Technology.
