Danielle Lajoie is the VP of Communications at EXOS. Danielle has over 10 years of experience in communications and employee engagement. Danielle has a proven track record of developing and executing successful communications strategies that align with business priorities and values.

Danielle began their career in 2009 as a Marketing and Sponsorship Sales for the PGA TOUR. In this role, they were responsible for promoting and selling sponsorships for TOUR events. From 2009 to 2015, they held various marketing and communications positions at Whole Foods Market, JetBlue Airways, and Converse. In their most recent role as Director of Global Communications & Employee Engagement at Converse, they led all communications transformation and response efforts with leader messaging and support materials regarding organizational changes, COVID-19, social injustice, etc. Danielle was also responsible for managing all global employee engagement initiatives including all-employee events, onboarding new digital engagement tools & oversight of weekly editorial calendar. Danielle is a 2020 Just Do It Award Winner voted by NIKE, Inc.’s C-suite.

Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northeastern University.

Danielle Lajoie earned their Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from Montclair State University. Danielle also has certifications from the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in Women’s Leadership Program and Transformational DEI Certificate, as well as a certification from Exos in The Game Changer Graduate.

Danielle Lajoie reports to Sarah Robb O’Hagan, CEO. They are on a team with Bill Bourque - COO, Kerry Bradley - VP, Strategic Partnerships, and Ryan Kaps - VP & GM, EXOS Platform.
