Diana Thomas

VP, Community at EXOS

Diana Thomas is the Vice President of Community at EXOS. Diana has over 15 years of experience in the club management industry.

Diana started their career in club management as the Regional Director for Club One from December 2003 to December 2005. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of clubs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In January 2006, Diana took on the role of Vice President of Operations at Club Management Concepts. In this role, they were responsible for creating systemized protocols for Health Clubs and Community Centers in Florida, New Jersey, New York and Ohio. Diana was also responsible for implementing effective, pro-active and preventative programs to include: strategic reporting, sales plans and directives, emergency preparedness plans, emergency reaction plans, facility maintenance calendars, and facility walkthrough audits. These programs resulted in increased revenues, reduced spending, decreased worker’s compensation costs, improvements in safety and cleanliness, and improved facilities maintenance budgets.

During their time at Club Management Concepts, Diana also served as the acting General Manager of an athletic club in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, they increased the bottom line (NOI) by 25% year-over-year for a 36 month period.

In January 2010, Diana left Club Management Concepts to join EXOS as the Vice President of Community. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing EXOS’s community outreach programs.

Diana Thomas received their Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton. Diana majored in English and minored in Spanish. After graduation, they plan to pursue a career in teaching.

They are on a team with Mark Verstegen - Founder & President, Tamara Nagy - VP, Field Operations, and Jason Goodhand - VP, Product Development. Their manager is Sarah Robb O’Hagan, CEO.
