Patrick Youreneff

Patrick Youreneff is currently the VP of Total Rewards at EXOS. Patrick has previous experience working as the Global Director of Total Rewards for Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from February 2018 to June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Global Senior Total Rewards Manager at Equinox from May 2014 to February 2018. Patrick started their career in the industry as a Benefits Coordinator at inVentiv Health from July 2011 to May 2014.

Patrick Youreneff studied economics as an undergraduate at Wheaton College Massachusetts. After graduation, they worked in the financial sector for a few years before returning to school to earn their MBA.

They are on a team with Greg Hill - CHRO, David MacFarlane - VP, Corporate Systems, and Jonathan Puskas - VP, Strategic Accounts. Patrick Youreneff reports to Sarah Robb O’Hagan, CEO.
