Stefan Underwood

Stefan Underwood is currently the VP of Staff Development & Methodology at EXOS. Stefan has held this position since May of 2011. Prior to their current role, Stefan was the Performance Center Manager/Head Strength Coach for Colorado College Hockey from March 2010 to May 2011.

From February 2008 to May 2010, Stefan was a Performance Specialist at St. Vincent Sports Performance. And before that, they were a Performance Specialist at Athletes Edge from May 2007 to February 2008. Stefan's time at Athletes Edge came to an end when the company was purchased by St Vincent Sports Performance.

Stefan began their career as a Performance Specialist at Talisman Centre in March of 2004 and remained in that role until February of 2007.

Stefan Underwood's educational career began at Edith Cowan University, where they studied kinesiology. Stefan then continued their education at the University of Calgary, also studying kinesiology.

Stefan Underwood reports to Sarah Robb O’Hagan, CEO. They work with Adam Farrand - VP, Pro/Elite Sports, Jason Goodhand - VP, Product Development, and Danielle Lajoie - VP, Communications.
