Ben Smith

Ben Smith is the current Chief Supply Chain Officer at Athletic Greens. Prior to this, they were an Advisor at Chef'd, and before that, the COO at Sugarfina, Inc.

At Athletic Greens, Ben is responsible for overseeing the company's supply chain and operations. Ben has helped the company grow from $24M to over $64M in just two years by creating efficient supply chain and operation strategies. Ben also secured ~$6.4M in COGS reduction by relocating one of the company's large manufacturing and fulfillment operations to a Maquiladora in Mexico.

Under Ben's leadership, Sugarfina achieved an average quality control rate of >98%, thanks to the real-time dashboard they designed for metrics and quality control. Ben also successfully closed a production and fulfillment center while maintaining a low attrition rate of less than 2%.

Ben Smith graduated from the Royal Brisbane Institute of Technology with a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. Ben's field of study was Business Administration, Management and Operations.
