Maurice “Moe” Collins is an experienced professional in electromagnetic spectrum management, currently serving as an Electromagnetic Spectrum Subject Matter Expert at Atkinson Aeronautics & Technology Inc. since March 2023. Collins has a distinguished 22-year career with the US Marine Corps, where key roles included Strategic Electromagnetic Spectrum Chief Warrant Officer and various positions focused on spectrum management, communications, and training. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and extensive training in spectrum operations and management, Collins has a proven track record in assisting Marine Corps program offices in spectrum certification and communication support.
