Traci Workman

Traci Workman, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Atkore since July 2025. Prior to this role, Traci held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at GAF from April 2017 to July 2025, where responsibilities included multi-state HR oversight for five manufacturing plants, six stillyards, and various corporate groups. Traci's earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Luminant from 2006 to 2016, and working as an Expense Auditor at EY from 2005 to 2006, as well as a Hospital Auditor at Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership from 2004 to 2005. Traci holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University-San Marcos.
