Giuseppe Guizzi

Giuseppe Guizzi is an Independent Director at Atlantia. Prior to this, they were a Senior Associate Lawyer at PwC Italy from January 2021 to September 2021. Giuseppe has also worked as an Associate Lawyer at Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo & Associati from September 2016 to December 2020, where they gained experience in corporate/M&A law and strategic transactions. From December 2014 to May 2016, Giuseppe was a Trainee at the Court of Naples, and prior to that, they worked as a Trainee at Avv. Balice, Studio Siniscalchi & collegati from April 2014 to December 2015.

Giuseppe Guizzi attended Luiss Guido Carli University, where they earned a Second Level University Master in Corporate Law. Giuseppe also completed an advanced training course on ADR procedures at the same school. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.
