Nicola Verdicchio

Nicola Verdicchio is an experienced business professional with a background in law and marketing. Nicola currently serves as an independent director at Atlantia, and has previously held positions at Pirelli, Telecom Italia, Stet International SpA, and Stet - Società Finanziaria Telefonica p.A.

Ms. Verdicchio began their career in 1986 as a marketing professional at Danone Dairy. Nicola transitioned to the legal field in 1987, joining the legal department of Stet - Società Finanziaria Telefonica p.A. Nicola remained with the company for 10 years, eventually becoming manager of the department. In 1997, they left to join Stet International SpA as general counsel.

In 2000, Ms. Verdicchio joined Telecom Italia as head of M&A Legal Affairs. Nicola was responsible for domestic and international M&A transactions, strategic alliances, and joint ventures. Nicola remained with the company for 13 years before joining Pirelli in 2013.

Ms. Verdicchio has been an independent director at Atlantia since 2014.

Nicola Verdicchio received a laurea in giurisprudenza from Università La Sapienza, Roma and also attended Istituto M. Massimo in Rome.
