Randolph Bell

Distinguished Fellow

Randolph Bell serves as the Vice President of Government & Regulatory Affairs at JERA Americas since May 2024 and is a Distinguished Fellow at the Atlantic Council, a position held since March 2014, where Randolph has also held various leadership roles within the Global Energy Center. In addition, Randolph Bell is a Director at Floating Films and previously worked at Dentons Global Advisors as an Associate Partner from March 2023 to May 2024, and at Commonwealth Fusion Systems as the Head of International Government Affairs from July 2022 to May 2024, focusing on market entry for future commercial fusion plants. Previous experience includes serving as Managing Director for the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS-US) and as Manager of National Security at the Markle Foundation. Randolph Bell holds a Master of Public Policy in International and Global Affairs from Harvard Kennedy School and a degree from Harvard University.
