Samuel Blazek

Samuel Blazek, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director of Research and Cyber Behavioral Systems at Two Six Technologies since January 2021, where responsibilities include planning and executing corporate R&D strategy and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on various IT and social science projects. Blazek also holds positions as an Alfred Lee Loomis Innovation Council Member at The Stimson Center and Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council's GeoTech Center. Prior experience includes Chief Scientist at IST Research, Graduate Researcher at The University of Texas at Austin, and roles in legal and policy research positions at Herrick, Feinstein LLP and the Science and Technology Policy Institute. Academic credentials include a BA from Dartmouth College, a Master of Science in Information Systems, and a PhD in Information, Risk, & Operations Management from The University of Texas at Austin.
