Cristin Brown

Cristin Brown recently joined Atlantic Street Capital as Chief Financial Officer responsible for its accounting, finance, tax, and compliance.

Prior to joining Atlantic Street, Cristin served as a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at JC Flowers & Co LLC, a private equity fund dedicated to investing globally in financial services with AUM of $5 billion. At JC Flowers, she led the global finance function responsible for the accounting, investor reporting, valuations, and operations.

Prior to that, Cristin served as a Controller at Tailwind Management LP, a private equity firm focused on the middle-market sector. Prior to Tailwind she was at Deloitte, in New York, where she served as Manager working on large and small private equity clients focusing primarily on leverage buyouts, mezzanine financing, and fund-of-funds.

She began her career in Dayton, Ohio at Deloitte, where she served clients in a variety of industries including banking, non-for-profit, higher education, manufacturing, and retail. Cristin received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
