Malika has held senior marketing positions at BHG Financial, Avant, and Enova International, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategies for growth, brand development, and managing extensive marketing budgets. With a strong foundation in customer acquisition and retention, brand management, and multi-channel marketing execution, Malika has successfully driven profitable growth for various consumer lending and educational brands. Malika holds a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a BBA in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago.
