Mohamed Omran

Mohamed Omran serves as a Captain and Team Leader at Estiatorio Milos Dubai since October 2022, recognized as the World’s Best New Hotel Restaurant in 2023 and awarded the 2023 MICHELIN selection and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Previously, Mohamed held the position of Team Leader at Jaleo by José Andrés Dubai, focusing on Spanish cuisine, and worked at The St. Regis Cairo from August 2021 to September 2022 as a Captain and Waiter at J&G Steakhouse by Jean-Georges. Additional experience includes roles as a Bar Waiter at Westin Hotels & Resorts, a Food Server at Renaissance Cairo Mirage City, and an Assistant Waiter at JW Marriott. Mohamed holds a Diploma in Education with a concentration in Total Quality Management from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Helwan University Cairo.
