Melanie Urech

Melanie Urech is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Atlas Copco since June 2022, Urech also has a longstanding role as a Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills Schweiz since August 2014. Previous positions include significant contributions in product management and group fitness management at Genossenschaft Migros Aare, marketing and event management at Insel Gruppe, and marketing communications at Triviso AG and ARGUS der Presse AG. Urech holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Advanced Studies in Intercultural Communication from USI Università della Svizzera italiana and a Master’s degree in Transcultural Coaching and Systemic Organizational Consulting from IKF Institut für Kommunikation und Führung. Additional qualifications include various certifications in organizational leadership and applied communication psychology.
