Jim Dennedy

Jim Dennedy is a Managing Director at Atlas Technology Group LLC. Jim has more than 25 years’ experience in software and technology; including, infrastructure, security, payments and business applications. Prior to joining Atlas, Jim served in several executive level roles; including, President & CEO of Agilysys (NASDAQ: AGYS], after having served two years as an independent director on the company’s board of directors; principal and chief investment officer of a New York-based hedge fund focused on small and microcap investments; and President and CEO of Engyro Corporation, an enterprise systems management software solution, acquired by Microsoft in 2007. He served as a public company director (with committee assignments addressing Audit, Governance, Comp and Special) at Agilysys, Inc., NaviSite, Inc., I-many, Inc., and Entrust, Inc.; and, several private equity backed companies. In the roles he has served, Jim has led or participated in more than twenty-five M&A, financing or restructuring transactions, on both the buy and sell side, through varying economic and business conditions. Jim received a BS from the United States Air Force Academy, MBA from The Ohio State University and an MA in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
