Maria Yurova

Maria Yurova is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and regulatory project management, currently serving as Rates and Regulatory Project Manager at Atmos Energy since March 2013. In this role, Maria has prepared compliance filings for various governmental agencies and coordinated financial data requests for rate filings. Prior to this, Maria held positions as a Regulatory Accounting Analyst and Sr. Distribution Purchase Accountant at Atmos Energy, as well as Senior Accountant at CTI Foods, where notable improvements in reporting and team performance were achieved. Additional experience includes roles at Aventine Renewable Energy, Viracor Eurofins BioPharma Services, CFI, and JSC "Northern Shipping Company," with a strong focus on financial reporting, accounts management, and compliance. Maria holds a Master's degree in Finance from Arkhangelsk State Technical University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting at East Texas A&M University.
