Anne-Marie Lister

Anne-Marie Lister is the Chief People Officer at Atom bank. Anne-Marie has extensive experience in organization development and employee engagement. Prior to joining Atom bank, Anne-Marie was the Head of Organization Change and Employee Engagement at Northern Powergrid. Before that, they were the Organisation Development Manager at ACCA. Anne-Marie has also served as a school governor at Durham Trinity School and Sports College and as an HR and Training Advisor at Bromley College F&HE. Anne-Marie began their career as an Employment Advisor at Reed in Partnership.

Anne-Marie Lister has a post-graduate certificate in organization development from Roffey Park Institute, an MSc in international human resources from London South Bank University, and a BSc in psychology from the University of Leeds. Anne-Marie also has certification from the NLP School Ltd in NLP essential skills, the British Psychological Society in level A and B, and the NLP School in language and behavior (LAB) profiling. Additionally, they are certified as an organization development practitioner from Roffey Park Institute and as a life orientations (LIFO) practitioner from LIFO.

Anne-Marie Lister reports to Mark Mullen, CEO. Anne-Marie Lister works with Chris Storey - Commercial Director, Lisa Wood - Chief Marketing Officer, and Brian Seal - Chief Credit Officer.
