Juan Miguel Villaverde

Juan Miguel Villaverde is an experienced Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps Manager at Atos, leading a team of over 20 members since January 2012, focusing on the delivery of various projects, including the Paris 2024 Olympics. Villaverde has transitioned through several roles at Atos, including CTO Enterprise Architect, where responsibilities included solution architecture for new and existing products, and ODS Duty Manager during the Tokyo and Beijing Olympic Games, providing operational support for multiple high-stakes applications. Additionally, Villaverde served as Transformation Manager, leading initiatives in agile adoption, software architecture evolution, test automation, and CI/CD implementation. Previously, at MSL Sportec, Villaverde held roles such as Team Leader for Games Management Systems and Senior Analyst/Developer, contributing to many major non-Olympic sporting events. Villaverde holds an Ingeniero Superior en Informática degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
