Klaas Pouwels is a senior change and business leader with over 30 years of experience in ICT, change management, and business leadership. Currently, Klaas serves as the Plaatsvervangend Hoofd binnen JIVC at the Ministerie van Defensie and has held various leadership roles, including Director Sales Enablement at Eviden and Interim Manager Infrastructure Services at Atos. Klaas's expertise encompasses business change management, program and project management, and Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on improving business processes and achieving concrete results. Education includes a BIT in Informatics from Hanzehogeschool Groningen, an MSc in Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University, and certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
