Will Montgomery, MBA, CLSSBB, possesses extensive experience in performance excellence and process improvement within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Performance Excellence Consulting Manager at Atrium Health since April 2017, Will has held various titles including Lean Business Leader, Lean Manager, and Lean Practitioner. Prior to Atrium Health, Will worked at Lowe's Companies, Inc. as a Senior Process & Change Analyst from December 2014 to April 2017, and at Maersk Line from September 2005 to December 2014, where roles included Process Improvement Manager, Marine Cost Control Analyst, and Country Operations Analyst. Will holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
