Loukas Christou

Directeur Culinaire(succursales) at Au Bureau

Loukas Christou has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Directeur culinaire for Au Bureau since June 2015, where previous roles included multiple Chef de Cuisine positions. Prior to this, Loukas held the Chef de Cuisine title at Au Bureau from February to December 2014 and at Le Pavé des Minimes from March 2011 to December 2013. Additional experience includes the role of Second de Cuisine at Le Pavé des Minimes from July 2007 to January 2011, and Directeur d’exploitation for Karamouza between May 2005 and June 2007. Earlier career roles also include merchandising positions at Bacardi and serving as a waiter at Jackson Hall, alongside military service with OTAN in Kosovo. Loukas holds a Bac degree from IRM-SCANNER, completed in 2001.
