Emily Carey

Emily Carey currently serves as Vice President and Head of Legal at Auberge Collection since September 2025. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Senior Counsel at Choice Hotels International from August 2023 to September 2025, and served as an Associate at Fried Frank from January 2022 to March 2023. Emily has extensive experience at Marriott International, working as Corporate Counsel from September 2018 to November 2021 and again in 2013. Additionally, Emily worked as a Legal Consultant in the Real Estate Department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from April 2012 to January 2013, and as an Associate at the same firm from September 2006 to October 2010. Earlier experience includes Summer Associate roles at White & Case and Cahill Gordon & Reindel in 2005 and 2004, respectively. Emily holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School (2006) and a BA in Organizational Sociology from Yale University (2000).
