Eric Caridroit

Eric Caridroit currently serves as the Group Decarbonization and Circular Economy Director at Aubert & Duval since July 2023, overseeing the comprehensive Group Decarbonization project, including target setting and Capex program management. Prior to this, Eric Caridroit held multiple high-ranking positions at Eramet from June 2010 to June 2023, including Vice President of Subsidiaries and Sales Support, where a successful reorganization of six industrial affiliates was conducted, and Vice President of the Nickel Metal and Salts Business Unit, managing a significant unit with 200 million euros in revenue. Eric Caridroit also served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Gulf Chemical & Metallurgical Corp. and Bear Metallurgical Corp., and was the Division Purchasing Director for Eramet Comilog Manganese. Earlier roles include directorships in purchasing at ALCAN PACKAGING BEAUTY SERVICES and Valeo Wiper Systems, as well as earlier positions in various purchasing roles within Cegetel and Nexter. Educational qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centrale Lyon and an MBA from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.
