Doug Grissom

Doug Grissom has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Doug started their career as a Network Consultant and Software Developer at Open Systems Group in 1994, where they provided network consulting services and software development for various projects. In 1996, they joined Sprint Paranet as a Network Consultant, where they offered design and implementation services for network and security projects.

In 1999, they joined Ascend/Lucent Technologies as a Sr. Systems Engineer and played a crucial role in introducing the Ascend Stinger DSLAM and Ascend Soft Switch (ASG) into the Worldcom labs. Doug achieved targeted sales quotas and ensured lab certification and deployment in major cities like Chicago and New York.

Doug then joined Sonus Networks in 2001 as a Sr. Systems Engineer, where they introduced Sonus products to SBC TRI labs and accomplished customer development. Doug consistently met Sonus Management Business Objectives for driving customer accounts.

From 2002 to 2004, Doug worked at Zhone Technologies as a Sr. Systems Engineer. Doug achieved targeted sales quotas and provided hands-on deployment and customer training for carrier-based products. Doug also performed account development and technical assistance, including lab testing, system interoperability testing, and RFx responses.

Doug then joined Sonus Networks again in 2004 as a Sr. Test Engineer, where they verified the stability of new software and hardware prior to product release. Doug developed test automation to improve efficiency and minimize customer outages.

In 2007, Doug joined Genband as a Sr. Sales Engineer, and in 2008, they moved to AudioCodes in the same role. At AudioCodes, they served as a Sr. Sales Engineer and Sr. Cloud Solutions Architect, designing and implementing cloud and premise-based solutions for complex customer deployments in cloud environments like Azure, Google GCP, and Amazon AWS.

Throughout their career, Doug Grissom has consistently demonstrated technical expertise and a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer accounts.

Doug Grissom completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stephen F. Austin State University. Doug pursued their education at the university from 1989 to 1994.
