Liav Elias

Liav Elias has extensive experience in software development and team leadership, currently serving as a Software Team Lead and Software Architect at AudioCodes since June 2014, where responsibilities include designing and developing an advanced routing application for real-time VoIP call routing. Prior to this role, Liav led the development of a management application at Ceragon Networks from November 2013 to June 2014, provided leadership in NMS development and server-side Java applications at Allot Communications from 2004 to 2013, and worked as a JEE Software consultant at Tikal Knowledge. Liav's career began in quality assurance at Trivnet from 2001 to 2003. Academic qualifications include an MBA specializing in information systems from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Netanya Academic College.
